League of Legends Patch 3.14 is Now Live, Pre-season 4 Kicks Off

The much anticipated League of Legends Patch 3.14 is now available and as expected, boasts a large number of changes and additions.

Generally, aspects such as the client’s notification system, friends list, group chat, and champions’ health bars have all received overhauls that improve user experience.

In the initial wave, the patch brings buffs and nerfs to the following champions: Corki, Gragas, Leona, Morgana, Nasus, Nautilus, Nidalee, Nunu, Sivir and Vayne.

As mentioned previously, Season 4 is going to change how you perceive support champions. Patch 3.14 brings a lot of that on the table for the following champions: Janna, Lulu, Nami, Sona, Soraka and Taric. Many of them have their passives changed, with Janna’s global passive being removed and Taric, Soraka receiving new passives altogether.

Riot will be keeping a close eye on these champions and their relative changes may be further tweaked based on user feedback.

In the items department, not only old items have been looked over but the patch also brings new ones for Support and Jungle playing characters. The newly announced Vision Trinkets have been added as well.

Regarding map changes, brushes have been reduced in size or changed to “encourage more gameplay with warding and brush combat”. Neutral creeps have received overhauls, along with a new fourth camp added on either side.

The whole list of changes is too long to be mentioned here but you can head over to the official posting to browse the changes.
