Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance’s Price Dropped to $30
Konami has issued a price drop of Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance; dropping the title down to $30, the lowest it has officially gotten so far. As an additional incentive, the publisher revealed that the title will now also include two free DLC packs; that is the Jetstream and Blade Wolf side-stories.
The Jetstream DLC is a multi-hour expansion that features Samuel Rodriguez as a playable character. Meanwhile, the Blade Wolf DLC is a side story where gamers play as LQ-84i.
Konami didn’t clarify whether the codes to the DLC will be bundled with the game or if they plan to make the mentioned DLCs free on the Xbox Live Marketplace and PlayStation Network. The game will probably prompt you to download the DLC packs upon start-up.
It seems like the prime time to get a copy of Revengeance if you have yet to play the game. Platinum Games’ may have gone for a short single player campaign but that still leaves enough time for you to enjoy a good story. If you didn’t know then the single player campaign clocks in about four hours; while it’s also possible to complete it in under two hours. There’s an achievement for the latter. If you add up the time it takes to unlock everything in the game, then perhaps Revengeance will take away around 20 hours or so from your life.
