PlayStation 4’s Final Launch Titles List Released by Sony

By   /   Oct 31, 2013

Alright so we are into the launch month of the next generation consoles and although we already know most of the titles that would go live on the launch day of PlayStation 4, Sony has released the official list of launch titles through a post on PlayStation Blog.

Owing to the delays in release dates of certain games, the list has slightly altered if compared to the original one we reported. To much dismay, the highly anticipated Watch Dogs was delayed by Ubisoft which later followed the PlayStation 4 exclusive DriveClub. Both of these games were expected to be decisive factors.

According to latest news, Planetside 2 has also been delayed. Though it didn’t really fit the launch titles’ category, it is still a slump in the number of games that will make buying a PlayStation 4 on launch date worth it.

There are slight differences in the lists put up by Sony on the EU PlayStation Blog and the US PlayStation Blog. Five titles were added later to the US website and two to the EU website. In case you have been missing out on what will be up for grabs, here’s the list:

Sony First Party Titles

  • Flower
  • Killzone Shadow Fall
  • Knack
  • Resogun
