The Legend of Zelda 3DS XL Edition Confirmed for North America
Nintendo has officially confirmed ‘The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Two Worlds’ 3DS XL special edition to release in North America next month.
The bundle will retail for $219 and include a digital copy of the new Zelda game. It will launch alongside the game’s release on November 22, 2013 and is a must have if you’re both a fan of the Zelda franchise and interested in getting a new 3DS XL.
The Legend of Zelda 3DS XL special edition is due for release in Europe and was previously leaked for North America through a GameStop ad featuring their Black Friday offers.
The Legend of Zelda: Link Between Worlds is a follow-up to the Super Nintendo’s Link to the Past, which without a doubt is one of the Zelda titles to date. In the new installment, Link will be handed a new ability to use where he is able to turn into a 2D painting and scamper along walls into otherwise unreachable areas. This opens up a new prospect for puzzle solving and exploration. I have high hopes that Link Between Worlds will live up to its big brother Link to the Past when it releases next month.
