Capcom Hiring for New Unannounced Brawler
Capcom is currently working on a new fighting game, for which the company is in the process of finding a game designer and programmer to help out in the project’s development.
The news was revealed by Street Fighter producer Yoshinori Ono who posted on his Twitter account about his search for the relative designer and programmer. He though didn’t mention any details on the unannounced brawler.
“I want …. no, Capcom wants Game Designer and programer for New Fighting Game. Its location at Tokyo or Osaka Studio,” wrote Ono, who later wrote in reply to one commenter that he wasn’t sure Nintendo would be this game’s platform.
“I don’t know that our target platform. ;P We’re keep on going for FG. RT @NeoPenny good to hear you guys are working on fighting game for N.”
The chances of this new fighting game to be related to Street Fighter is really low. Capcom is already pushing out Ultra Street Fighter IV in Q1 of 2014, which most see to as an update to the existing Super Street Fighter IV game. Capcom’s new project is perhaps related to a new next-gen title altogether.
