One thing is for sure; LEGO games are epic. We have seen a variety of games getting the LEGO treatment, and all of them have so far been great. Now, it’s time for Marvel Super Heroes to follow suit.
LEGO Marvel Super Heroes also got released on PC along with the other platforms and there are chances that you may experience some issues in launching or running the game properly.
If that’s the case, you can refer to the following troubleshooting guide.
#1 LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Resolution Problem
Some users have reported in about the reverting back of the resolution change. It can be a bug at developer’s end but just to be sure, I will recommend that you try out the following:
- Try keeping your native resolution same as that of your in-game resolution.
- Make sure that your drivers are up-to-date.
- Also, when you change the resolution for the first time, don’t forget to click the accept button (or press the up key) after you have made your first change. If you don’t accept the changes, they won’t be saved.
- Restarting Steam and your PC can also prove useful.
#2 LEGO Marvel Super Heroes – No Voice During Cutscenes
If you are having trouble in getting any voices during the cut-scenes, I will recommend that you disable and third party tools you might be using for your sound card.
It goes without saying that your sound card drivers should be up to date. Also, try changing the stereo sound to mono from the sound settings in the control menu.
#3 LEGO Marvel Super Heroes – Touch-Screen UI Overlay Fix
For some reason, the game recognizes any of the touch screen devices attached to your system and make the touch screen controls appear on the UI. It can be a real pain.
In order to fix this fuss, you can disable these touch screen devices using control panel. This simple tutorial can help you fix the issue.
#4 LEGO Marvel Super Heroes – Weird Circles/UI fix
If you are annoyed by different circles on your screen that seem like touch buttons, you should try out the fix mentioned in #3.
#5 LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Game Crashes to Desktop
If you are receiving crashes with the game, you should first try to verify the integrity of your game files via Steam.
If that doesn’t help, restart your PC after the installation. Furthermore, try running the “.exe” setups including C++ and redistibutables in the game’s folder.
#6 LEGO Marvel Super Heroes – Achievements Bug
Many users have reported about the achievements not being saved. It seems like a bug at developer’s end and hopefully will be fixed soon.
If you want to contribute, you can submit a ticket here to let them know about the bug.
#7 LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Mouse Issue
If you are new to LEGO series, you must that mouse usually don’t have any roles in the lego games. You can use the controller or it will be keyboard only.
If you come across any other issue, comment and we will try to help you out!
