Publisher 2K Games has announced today that the first Headhunter mission add-on for Borderlands 2, TK Baha’s Bloody Harvest, will release on October 22, 2013 just in time to celebrate Halloween.
The DLC will release for all platforms – PS3, Xbox 360, PC, Mac and cost $2.99. In a blog post, 2K notes that TK Baha’s Bloody Harvest “can be played in a single sitting either by yourself, or with friends.”
The latest DLC content will have players heading out once again to collect pieces of a key to confront the Pumpkin Kingpin in his Pumpkin Patch. Kindly don’t go on his corny name, he’s an extremely difficult boss to defeat and only the best of the lot will be able to subdue him and claim his pumpkin head.
2K Games previously mentioned that the battle is going to have small pumpkin minions dropping augmented candies that will grant temporary stat buffs such as moving faster or an increase in dealing damage. Consider these your sole tools to help survive the onslaught.
There are two more DLCs planned after this, details on which will be released on a later date.
