Sony has announced two new titles to be featured for free on PlayStation Plus later this month. When I say new, I mean they are newly released titles. So in case you haven’t purchased them yet, this is your best chance to grab hold of a couple of free copies.
The first free title headlining PlayStation Plus is Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance from Platinum Games. The game was released on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in February of this year and has a PC version in development that will be released soon.
The second title that will be accompanying Revengeance is Capcom’s third-person adventure Remember Me, which was released back in June for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.
Those who own a PlayStation Vita will also get their share of Sony’s offerings. They will get access to Oddworld Stranger’s Wrath and MotorStorm RC.
All four games will be available on PlayStation Plus from October 23, when last month’s offerings–Far Cry 3, Mafia 2, Spec Ops: The Line, Street Fighter X Tekken, and Touch My Katamari–will leave the service.
Additionally, Sony says that PlayStation Plus members will be eligible for savings on Street Fighter X Tekken DLC, Worms Crazy Golf, and Alien Breed in November.
If you find these offers invigorating and want to become a PlayStation Plus member then know that a 12-month plan costs £39.99/€49.99.
