Batman: Arkham Origins Developer Defends Costumes-Focused Season Pass
Last week publisher Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment announced the Season Pass for Batman: Arkham Origins. The content of the pass though didn’t bode well with fans who since then have voiced their disappointment over the Season Pass featuring majorly just costume DLC.
Priced at $19.99 the pass includes four skin packs and only two DLC packs relating to expanded gameplay. Producer Guillaume Voghel has now come forth to defend the situation, saying that there will be plenty of more content released later which will be great value for Season Pass holders.
“The costume DLC is going to be available with the Season Pass and it’s basically a bonus right?” he said. “There’s going to be a lot of value in that Season Pass. One of the items we can’t talk about yet…we’ll just wait for the gamers to really see what the entire package contains. It’s going to be a big deal.”
He assured everyone that the DLC for the game will not focus on new wardrobe only.
The included two gameplay DLC are the Initiation DLC which allows players to train on challenge maps as Bruce Wayne and a new story campaign; information on which has not yet been shared by Warner Bros. Interactive.
