Ubisoft Presents “The Next Level” – A Competition for Both Casual and Hardcore Gamers

The competitive ambiance that is experienced in gaming tournaments of any sort is hardly ever felt anywhere else. However, the contest in these tournaments is usually at its peak giving casual gamers a little chance of even coming closer to the professional players.

Enter The Next Level – a novel gaming tournament which is all set to mark its entry at this year’s PAX Prime. Promising a series of tournaments ranging from online to event-based games, players with any skill are called for to take part and win some exciting prizes.

What sets The Next Level apart from other tournaments is that it will feature variety of games so that every player is given a chance to test their skills in their preferred genre. Another highlight is that it will be completely based on unreleased games so that every player is on an even playing field. The tournament will also incur a number of ways to register your entry.

While speaking about the tournament, senior director of player engagement, Ubisoft, Josh Milligan said:

“The Next Level brings all the elements of eSports style competition that make it engaging and fun to watch, but tests player’s skills with challenges in different games and genres opening up the playing field to anyone interested in competitive gaming.”

The tournament is slated to take place at this year’s PAX Prime starting on August 30 till September 2. Visit Ubisoft’s booth #632 anytime between 10 A.M. to 6 P.M. to participate in it. The prize pot includes t-shirts, gift cards, pins, and more with a daily grand prize of a trip for two to New York Comic-Con.

That’s not all! Since the tournaments is completely based on upcoming games, competitors will get a chance to get their hands on some of the biggest titles coming later this year including Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, The Crew, Just Dance 2014, Rayman Legends, and The Mighty Quest for Epic Loot. Participants will also get a chance of meeting developers who will share the insight information about the games with useful tips and tricks.

This new entry will certainly fascinate a lot of casual as well as hardcore gamers and promises to bring forth a new competitive experience to the competitive gaming environment.
