An interesting little feature is heading for the PlayStation 3. Sony started off their Gamescom 2013 press conference by announcing LittleBigPlanet Hub, a free-to-play service which allows everyone to enjoy the LittleBigPlanet universe.
There is no single-player campaign. Instead players can opt to create multiple challenges which can then be tried on by friends and family members. Similarly you can participate in challenges and activities created by others and win trophies and unlock achievements. Additionally according to a video shown, LittleBigPlanet Hub will feature a “jam-packed” wardrobe where some will be available for free while others can be purchased through micro-transactions.
A release date wasn’t given and neither was the Hub promised to release later for the PlayStation 4.
