Come fall 2014, players will be crossing blades with monstrous creatures in Dragon Age: Inquisition, who have somehow managed to break the Veil separating the dark realm from ours.
The protagonist, known as the Inquisitor, will be leading an organization of warriors and sorcerers who have to stand their ground and push the demons back into their world. However, this is merely a distraction as you, the protagonist, seeks out the only one who can help seal up the Veil again.
Footage shown during EA’s presentation at Gamescom 2013 just a few moments ago showcased that BioWare have added plenty of new customization options. Players this time around will be able to customize their character to new lengths.
EA are now done with their Gamescom 2013 presentation. Sony’s turn is next and they will take the stage in just over an hour.
Earlier this summer BioWare renamed Dragon Age 3: Inquisition to simply Dragon Age: Inquisition. The removal of the numerical figure might suggest that this entry in the franchise has nothing to do with the previous two titles. However, BioWare stated that it will follow the events of Dragon Age II but they’d like players to play the game as a wholly separate entity, rather than a simple extension of the second installment.
