Call of Duty: Ghosts Multiplayer Reveal Might Happen Next Month

A series of tweets from Infinity Ward suggests that the multiplayer component of Call of Duty: Ghosts will be revealed at Gamescom in August.

“Sorry I haven’t been on twitter much lately. We are in our death march push to finish game. Lots left to do. Looking forward to MP in august,” reads a tweet from Infinity Ward’s executive producer Mark Rubin.

Finally we’ll be able to see the new “dynamic events” put in the maps which apparently brings a new flavor of excitement to players. Rushing into the enemy spawn? Too bad for you because there’s suddenly an earthquake and the surrounding builds are now collapsing.

There’s a new pre-order map called Free Fall as well which is a kind of answer to Battlefield 4’s environment destruction. The map has players fighting it out on a collapsing skyscraper. Rings any bells? It should. That’s what we saw during Battlefield 4’s multiplayer reveal at E3.

Call of Duty: Ghosts will release on November 5 for the PS3, Xbox 360, PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
