A price fall that’s seemingly official has hit the GTA V PS3 bundle that had been up on Amazon for $299.99 previously. A tweet made on Amazon’s Twitter today relayed that the price has fallen to $269.99 – the website has seen the effect too.
Amazon’s tweet as well as the website purports through its wording that the price change is not just a sale and that this might have been a drop in the official rate of the bundle.
The already hyped, acclaimed blockbuster of a game; Grand Theft Auto will see its latest edition on the 17th of September. GTA V is already being anticipated anxiously –and justifiably, so the bundling with a PlayStation 3 console was only expected. It was announced at the E3 that Rockstar and Sony will be tag teaming for the offer.
The bundle offers 500 GB console with the game and free shipping from Amazon. Other than that, Gamestop in the United States and EB Games have also reduced the price by 30 dollars to match the new rate. On the other hand Best Buy is still sticking with the old price.
This is 2 months prior to the actual release date but preorders are already up and running; you better hook up with one of the retailers if you are looking for a PS3 purchase – who wouldn’t want GTA V.
Other bundles that are up and running at the moment include:
- PS3 500 GB Assassin’s Creed III Bundle
