Microsoft Official Advises Non-internet Users to Stick to Xbox 360

No matter how hard we wish it was a blooper, sadly it is not. Don Mattrick Microsoft’s President of the Interactive Entertainment Business might just have made an accidental indirect statement recommending users not to shift to Xbox One if they didn’t have internet.

In a brisk interview with Gametrailers, Mattrick states that “Fortunately we have a product for people aren’t able to get some form of connectivity: it’s called Xbox 360.”

With all the cloud based features of Xbox One and the despondently received daily check-in that would require a high speed broadband internet; Xbox One might just be a no-go for incoming customers.

Owing to this and feared future troubles, Microsoft had allegedly barred its officials from giving one on one interviews to journalists – reports Cinemablend.

On the contrary, relaxed policies offered by Sony at their E3 conference; we might just have a winner! That’s still a speculation though as there is still a long way to go for both the companies.

How would you respond to the representations made by the two giants?
