Need For Speed: Rivals is being developed by Ghost Games was showcased during EA’s press conference which revealed the bigger plans the developer has in mind to make a name for themselves and take the franchise to the next level.

Rivals will feature cross-platform integration that will allow users to maneuver the in-game multiplayer races through their tablet. A demonstration by the EA representatives showed how a player can call for a police helicopter to help him out when trying to catch the other player.

Among others, it will house a new impressive feature called All-Drive. It will let you easily merge a single player game into a multiplayer where your friends can join you later on in your single player game after passing through their own single player levels. Meaning that the single player and multiplayer modes have been enjoined as one!

The basic gameplay would be similar to the famed Most Wanted version that involved chock-full of jumps and things like speed traps. We shall be looking forward to more insights about the game play since we are expecting it to more expansive than the previous versions.
