Dust 514 Skills Training Guide – Basic and Weapon
Dust 514 is a free-to-play massively multiplayer online first person shooter game that ties into the EVE Online universe. Basically, when EVE players are making their corporate moves and staging hostile takeovers, it’s the mercenaries in the 514 universe that are doing the nitty-gritty on the beaches for them.
The game is also very robust, as far as the character development system goes. There are about a hundred different skills that you train and specialize in, from weapon and armor skills to vehicle and shield buffing.
For this reason, we’ve compiled a small guide on which skills are absolutely vital and how you can make developing your mercenary a bit easier.
These are the skills that will help you and are almost essential no matter what class you play, and how you specialize in it. Most of the following skills you should get to level five as soon as possible, but level 4 will also suffice.
Almost all of them give bonuses in 5% increments, but one or two do so in 3%, maxing out at 15% at rank 5.
