Splinter Cell: Blacklist Co-op Trailer – Fisher Has a New Partner

Ubisoft has just released a new trailer for the upcoming Splinter Cell: Blacklist, this time featuring co-op play with Fisher’s new partner-on-loan from the CIA; Isaac Briggs. The trailer features some of the gameplay and banter between Sam and Isaac.

It seems that Ubisoft is really looking to strengthen its multiplayer arm with Splinter Cell: Black list, as the game not only features an entire Co-op campaign but the return of the Spies vs. Mercs game mode. I never actually played that mode but I’ve heard some good things about it.

Blacklist’s co-op element spans four mission types and 14 maps, and is playable online and in local split-screen. Splinter Cell: Blacklist is set to launch for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii U, and PC platforms on August 20.

On a side note, how do you guys feel about Michael Ironside not being the voice of Sam Fisher any more?
