DICE has released a new screenshot for Battlefield 4 showing two soldiers inside a ruined building somewhere in Baku.
The screenshot is from the same gameplay footage we saw earlier. In the 17 minute demonstration, Recker and his squad members are fighting their way through ruined buildings and a muddy field. You can check the video out here and see the vast improvements that come with the Frostbite 3 engine.
Publisher EA is promising a “character-drive” single-player campaign but who are they kidding. All we’re interested in is the multiplayer right? Though the new Battlefield installment maintains the modern-day setting, Battlefield 4 will bring back many gameplay elements from Battlefield 2, including the ‘Commander Mode’ and Naval Warfare.
Battlefield 4 is looking for a release this year on PC and current-gen consoles. A release on next-gen is probable.
