The latest patch update for League of Legends includes some of the most awaited changes, and I’m not talking about the nerfed Nasus. As someone who likes playing him, I resent that change.
Patch 3.6, dubbed Freljord patch, comes with the champion reworks of Sejunai and Trundle. Both have been teased over quite some time now, and now we can finally try our hands at the new winter-themed champions.
Alongside that the patch also includes the new champion Lissandra, a mage who uses the powers of black ice. I just got off playing three games ‘against’ her and let me tell you that like with all new champions, she’s in need of some tune-downs as well.
Lastly, we get to play a new ARAM map called Howling Abyss. The map is basically a rework of the previous ‘Murder Bridge’, but this one comes with its own queue. Additionally, Howling Abyss is a beautiful creation for which I must give Riot Games a pat on the back for a job well done. I must confess that I had a feeling of vertigo when playing that.
