Pre-ordering Company of Heroes 2 from participating retailers will net customers a mini-campaign, multiplayer commanders and vehicle skins, publisher Sega announced today.
The mini-campaign is called ‘Theater of War’ and will be available at some point after launch. It will feature single-player content telling a new World War II story that’s other than the Eastern Front. Beside the campaign, the package will also include Winter Ambush and Voronezh Front skin packs for your vehicles in multiplayer.
Finally, the pre-order pack will contain two multiplayer commanders for the German and Soviet armies.
The German army will receive the Joint Operations Doctrine, specializing in precise artillery strikes and the Offensive Spearhead Doctrine for players who want to use heavy armour and airstrikes to crush their opponent. The Soviets will unlock the devastating Anti-Infantry Tactics Doctrine, enabling units like flamethrower tanks and the Conscript Support Tactics Doctrine which allows for rapid reinforcement in the heat of battle.
Company of Heroes 2 will release for the PC on June 25. A closed beta for the game began earlier this week.
