Sega Offers No Comment on Wii U Aliens: Colonial Marines Delay

By   /   Apr 4, 2013

Remember Aliens: Colonial Marines? Apparently Sega doesn’t, as the Wii U version slipped past its release date and into indefinite release oblivion.

Gamespot attempted to contact Sega and the developer of the port, Demiurge Studios, but was unable to receive a comment on the status of the game, which was supposed to be released before the end of March.

After further prying, Sega told Gamespot, “Still no comment on ACM, sorry!”

Last year, Randy Pitchford, CEO of Gearbox, stated that the Wii U version of Aliens: Colonial Marines would be the best version of the game. We now know that isn’t the grandest of claims, as the versions released for the PS3 and Xbox 360 in February received negative reviews

Earlier this week, Sega faced other Aliens troubles when it was pressed for comments on why its Aliens: Colonial Marines trailers show content not representative of the content in the final game.
