Cancelled Star Wars 1313 was Actually About Boba Fett

In lieu of Disney closing LucasArts and cancelling Star Wars 1313, we see details that only make us want it more.

It turns out that the upcoming Star Wars 1313 was going to be all about Boba Fett, just as many people predicted it would be. The noir-esque title was originally set to be about bounty hunters and the dirty underworld of Coruscant, so it seemed logical that Boba Fett would at least make an appearance at some point in the game if it wasn’t going to actually be about him.

Fans have been asking for a Boba Fett-centric game for a while and the only thing we’ve had to tide us over was Star Wars: Bounty Hunter which only featured the likes of Boba’s father, Jango Fett. However, it’s only disheartening to get the enws that we were actually getting what we wanted after Disney shut down the entirety of LucasArts and cancelled both Star Wars 1313 and First Assault.

All hope isn’t lost though. We may well see other developers jumping to save the beloved franchises.
