More super-realistic visuals at GDC this year as Epic Games release the Infiltrator tech demo for the fourth iteration of the Unreal Engine. This demo shows off some pretty awesome lighting and distortion effects as we see the infiltrator hidden behind a holographic illusion of an empty corridor. The light bends around the image quite convincingly.
Take note of the lighting effects used for the flying bullets and explosions, as well as the collisions and finally, the view of the city when out infiltrator emerges.
Zombie’s Ghostlight will be the first game to use the brand new Unreal Engine 4.
