BioWare is planning to release its Star Wars: The Old Republic expansion on April 14th. The expansion, titled Rise of the Hutt Cartel, was announced by Bioware yesterday. Revealed in the announcement was its price of $9.99 for subscribers who already pay to play (nothing’s free in this world), and $19.99 for players opting for the free-to-play model.
The expansion puts the level cap up to 55, as well as provides access to the planet Makeb. Players who pre-ordered the expansion before January 7th have a five-day early access period. Don’t feel left out if you didn’t preorder before January 7th, however, as current pre-order incentives include Scourge of the Hutts, a Makrin Seeding Mini-Pet and Dr. Oggurobb Hutt Holostatue.
What do you think? Are these pre-order incentives enough to get you to start pre-ordering if you already aren’t? Let us know in the comments!
