Star Wars 1313 was looking like a good solid title for fans but the game may have been put on hold now.
Three different sources have told Kotaku that shortly after the Star Wars brand was acquired by Disney in October, LucasArts’ action shooter was put on a hiatus. If true then this obviously puts the game behind in development and as a result Star Wars 1313 will not be shown at this year’s E3. The sources added that the game will now be shown in E3 of 2014.
Following the news, LucasArts was contacted for a comment but their representative refused to say anything but assure that the game is not canceled.
LucasArts has been working diligently to take advantage of the tremendous opportunities that the new Star Wars movies present. Star Wars 1313 continues production.
Last year LucasArts said that Disney’s acquisition will not at all affect any ongoing projects.
