Popular tower defense action game Plants vs Zombies is now free to download from the iTune App Stores for both iPhone and iPad.
This offer is off course for a limited time period. So unless you want to dish out $3.19 later to purchase the game, you better head to the store now and grab yourself a free copy.
A sequel to the game, Plants vs Zombies 2 is said to be released in Spring of this year. Early reports by Polygon claim the second game to feature “new zombie-defense tactics and new settings.”
Plants vs Zombies was first released on PC back in 2009. Since then the game has been released on almost every major platform – PS3, Xbox Live, DS, Facebook, Android, iOS and BlackBerry 10.
