If you are a user of Ubisoft’s digital platform Uplay, you’ll be delighted to hear that they’ve expanded a bit today.  Now you’ll be able to play games from other publishers like EA (Crysis 3, Dead Space) and Warner Bros. (Batman: Arkham City), Robot Entertainment (Orcs Must Die), Freebird Games, and Iceberg.

This seems to be a mutually beneficial deal with EA, as Ubisoft is now selling it’s games Assassin’s Creed III, Far Cry 3 and Splinter Cell Conviction over on EA’s Origin platform as well.  That goes into effect today for American gamers, with everyone else gaining access on February 22nd.

What’s really neat is that If you’re looking to purchase one of the new games on UPlay, Ubisoft is giving you a free gift!  Between now and March 4, Ubisoft is offering a free digital copy of Driver San Francisco, From Dust, Might & Magic Heroes VI Deluxe Edition, Rayman Origins, The Settlers 7 Gold Edition or World in Conflict Complete Edition to anyone who purchases a game worth $20 or more via the Uplay Shop.
