Reminder – Devil May Cry Got Released on Steam Today

DmC has seen a lot of strange things ever since its release. Although the game has been critically very well-received, it has received an unparalleled amount of fan boy hatred. Furthermore, even though the game sits well on top of the sales chart in many countries, it still has not managed to sell even half of the amount its predecessor had.

Well, now is the chance for some die-hard and loyal Devil May Cry fans to help the game with its sales problem. The game has been released on the PC and is now currently available on Valve’s Steam for purchase and download.

If you are in the mood for buying the game on your PC, then I urge you to do it directly through Steam because people who have purchased the game through other online retailers have reported problems with it on numerous gaming forums.

Here is the synopsis of the game on Steam:

The Dante of DmC is a young man who has no respect for authority or indeed society in general. Dante knows that he is not human, but also that he is not like the demons that have tormented him throughout his life. Caught between worlds, he feels like an outcast.

Thanks to his twin brother Vergil, leader of the anti-establishment group called “The Order”, Dante is now discovering and coming to terms with what it means to be the child of a demon and an angel.

This split personality has a real impact on gameplay with Dante being able to call upon angel and demon abilities at will, transforming his Rebellion sword on the fly to dramatically affect both combat and movement.
