DotA 2 Brings In ‘Least Played’ Mode To Freshen The Gameplay

As with every moba game, there comes a time when the amount of characters in the game become too many when compared to the percentage of characters selected in every day play.

In order to help bring out the less popular champs in your daily play of DotA 2, Valve is introducing the ‘Least Played Mode’. The mode disables up to 20 of your most played heroes and has you pick one from the list of characters you normally don’t look at.

This way it won’t be you alone who is trying out a newer hero. Valve called it as “having an even playing field for everyone in the match”, which “will hopefully encourage players to break out of their comfort zone and try new heroes”.

Alongside the new mode, the patch also features many bug fixes and bots for Warlock and Drow Ranger. There are also updates to the DotA 2 Steam Workshop tools, where people from the community can now create their own couriers and wards.

You can now also make items for Centaur Warrunner, Batrider, Mirana, Keeper of the Light, Shadow Demon, and Slark.
