Nintendo 3DS Crosses the 10 Million Mark in Japan

The Wii U may be selling at a pace that Nintendo itself describes as “not bad,” but Nintendo’s 3DS is doing remarkably well…in Japan at least.

How well, you ask? Well, Famitsu reports that the 3DS has sold 10 million units in 98 weeks of being on sale. Much of its sales have been attributed to the release of Animal Crossing: New Leaf, released on November 8th.
