The free-to-play title will be powered by Fireteam, which in turn will allow the developers to easily implement online features across different platforms: PS3, Xbox 360, PC, Mac, iOS and Android. The list of features include micro-transaction and analytic tool.
The latter will allow the developers to mine statistics regarding player activities. Splash Damage has yet to reveal what kind of micro-transactions will be available, in-game weapons, items, cosmetics or other bonuses.
A short teaser video was released for Dirty Bomb which you can view below. Interested users can now head over to the game’s official website and secure their in-game name.
