Wii U’s TVii, which is slated to come out next month in America and Canada will also go across the pond, it seems. The Wii U’s TVii service has been confirmed for Europe as well and is expected to arrive sometime next year.
This announcement was made on the official European website of Nintendo:
TVii will be available in selected regions throughout Europe in 2013.
For those who are not familiar with it; TVii is Wii U’s video streaming service, which allows users to stream videos while using the GamePad to browse through the TV guide, as well as subscribed sources. Right now, you can control your cable box and television with the Wii U but the TVii service is expected to add more cool new features.
