Mojang held its annual Minecon over the weekend. Although the convention itself was aimed at hardcore players, the highlight of the event was something everyone can appreciate equally; Minecraft Reality.
Minecraft reality is an iOS app developed by 13th Lab that allows you to view your Minecraft creation in augmented reality. The app places Minecraft creations in specific places in the world with clever use of the GPS and the camera on the device. Once placed you can see your creation from different angles while it is placed permanently in one place. What’s more is that other people can also view the creations you place in whatever spot you have placed it.
The app is available for $1.99 in the Apple store.
