Call of Duty Elite Service Offered To Modern Warfare 3 Players

If you were one of the early adopters of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 then you might be in with the chance of getting Call of Duty Elite for free.

Activision have been having problems with their Call of Duty Elite service ever since the launch last year. Service outages caused problems for fans and users as well. Due to the issues at hand, Activision offered a free 30 day extension to the account of everyone affected by the servers going down (i.e everyone using CoD Elite). Now it seems that they want to expand on that offer.

The early adopters, being the Premium subscribers who have been there since day one, have been informed via email that they will be receiving three months of free service rather than just the one that everyone else is getting.

So, anyone who’s had Modern Warfare 3 since launch day and has been using the premium Call of Duty Elite service might be in with a bit of luck.

Is all this in vain though? The upcoming Black Ops 2 that releases in less than a week is set to offer the Elite service for free.
