Halo 4 Spartan Rank Progression and Unlocks Guide

How to unlock different weapons, support upgrades, loadouts and tactical packages in Halo 4 Multiplayer.


343 Industries has introduced some new additions in Halo 4’s multiplayer, and the rank progression system like the most other competitive shooters is one prominent addition. The rule is simple; earn XP through different ways in the multiplayer and you will level up steadily.

As your rank increases (starting from 1), and you progress forward, there will be some items or abilities unlocked at some points during the progression.

After you have unlocked a particular item, you can use it in your load out. So yes, higher rank player will have the slight tactical advantage against the ones who have just joined in the battle.
