It was previously known that anyone who gets both the Assassin’s Creed 3 on PS3 and Assassin’s Creed 3: Liberation on Vita will be getting some bonus features. However, the features were not revealed by Ubisoft.
Today Gabriel Graziani, community developer posted on the US PSBlog details of the above mentioned features.
During the reveal of Liberation you would recall a short scene where Connor and Aveline (the protagonists from both games) were both shown fighting back to back. This started rumors about the possibility of co-op. Graziani however, confirmed today that there is no such thing.
Vita players would instead be receiving an additional multiplayer character for their multiplayer and a single mission where you can play as Connor. Additionally, Aveline will also be awarded with an upgrade to her ammunition pouches and the ability to use Connor’s Tomahawk.
Assassin’s Creed 3 on the PS3 was recently announced to contain an exclusive four mission arc just for Sony fans. The bonus content revolves around the story of Benedict Arnold, to whom Connor is working undercover. The arc starts with a special request from General Washington exposing a plot to overthrow West Point, a critical link in the defense of the colonies against Great Britain.
