Disney and Pixar studios have been responsible for nearly all the modern-day classic children’s movies. Movies like Toy Story, Little Mermaid and Finding Nemo have captivated audiences all over the world irrespective of their age group.
The one thing we have never had though is an interaction between the characters of the two studios. It has never happened, not on any platform. Despite Pixar actually being a subsidiary of Disney this has failed to occur so far.
However, all that is about to change as Disney Interactive is reportedly making a brand new console game which will feature characters from both studios. This unannounced game is defined as “a console game with extensive mobile and online applications,” and is slated to be released in 2013.
So how will these characters fare when they meet each other for the first time? Will they be able to reproduce the same magic in a videogame? These are questions only time can answer.
