A new developer diary has been released for Assassin’s Creed: Liberation which showcases the female protagonist Aveline.
The video has the developers talk about the upcoming Vita title and what players can expect from Aveline, the first female character in the series. Cory May, the lead scriptwriter for the game states that their goal was to bring the console experience right into the hand-held.
Side by side some gameplay footage was also shown and so far it looks great.
Interestingly May teased Aveline to meet up with Connor at some point, who is the protagonist from Assassin’s Creed 3.
Over the course of the adventure Aveline will meet up with and interact with Connor. I don’t really want to say much more … yeah, you’ll see.
We are shown a still image of Aveline and Connor fighting back-to-back against several foes right after May’s teaser. Perhaps it’s some sort of cross-platform co-op?
Assassin’s Creed: Liberation is scheduled for release on October 30 for PlayStation Vita.
