Retro City Rampage is finally here folks, and the launch trailer definitely does not disappoint. The game, which has been developed by VBlank studios, is a throwback to the traditional 8-bit games of the past, stuffed full with enough references of major 8-bit games like Back to the Future, Super Meat Boy, Bit.Trip and Donkey to make your head explode.
It also features over 60 story missions that run the gamut of gaming genres, over 25 weapons and power-ups, over 50 vehicles, and 2.5 hours of music. As if that wasn’t enough, it will come complete with Cross Saves between the PlayStation 3 and PS Vita, as well as Cross Buy, and will have the original $14.99 purchase price netting you a copy for both systems.
Retro City Rampage is set to release on PS3, Vita and PC tomorrow but Xbox 360 and Wii owners will have to wait just a bit longer.
