War Z Enters Closed Beta On October 31

If you’re a a fan of online survival horror MMOs then chances are War Z has been on your radar for some time now. The developers have announced today the game will enter closed beta from October 31.

However, if you want you can get an earlier access on October 15 by purchasing one of the following early packages:

The Survivor Package – Costs $19.49 for now but will go up to $29.99 after October 20, grants early access on October 31.

The Pioneer Package – Costs $29.99 for now but will go up to $49.99 after October 20, grants early access on October 15. Additionally players will gets $15 of in-game currency, a forum badge and one month of Stronghold map server hosting.

Sergey Titov, the executive producer on the project commented on how player feed-back will help them improve the game further.

We’ve been working non-stop to tweak and balance the game to where we feel comfortable beginning to bring more players in. We are now at that point, but this is where the real work begins. We want to work with our players to build and add additional features, remove those that they don’t like and continue to evolve The War Z to be the best zombie survival-sim available.
