Blade & Soul Breaks Out of Korea and Heads West

One of NCsoft’s biggest MMOs in Korea is making it’s way to Western gamers. The Korean market for MMORPGs has always been big, and it’s unfortunate that many of their titles are never seen here in the West.

One of those titles is Blade & Soul which has a pretty heavy following, despite only launching three months ago. NCsoft are already in the process of getting it localised for the rest of the world.

The game is based around a variety of historical martial arts, and NCsoft say that Blade & Soul draws on several martial arts films for inspiration, including the likes of hits like House of Flying Daggers and Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.

We haven’t got a definite date on when Blade & Soul will hit Western shores, but details are flying in all the time, so be sure to check back for updates if you want the lowdown on Blade & Soul.
