A photo uploaded by Joystiq confirms the game being set up outside of Nintendo’s New York City press event today.
Pretty soon we’ll know for sure how the game differs from the console versions and this post will be updated.
Update: The Wii U version of Black Ops 2 will take advantage of the second screen. Firstly you can have a second player play the game using the GamePad while you yourself play it on your TV screen. Secondly the second screen can be used as the game’s mini map and also be tapped to activate score streaks.
