EA shows off the Kinect functionalities in the upcoming FIFA 13 in this video that was just released – Specifically, the voice commands. Using voice commands you can do various things, like changing formations, making substitutions in-game without messing around with menus.
You can even use it in active play, by calling for a pass or telling a teammate to take the shot.
Be careful what you say though, because the referees and linesmen are listening. Going on a rant because that ****ing ref called that foul even though it was a dive will now have consequences such as the referee becoming stricter.
It’s an admittedly easy system to sidestep as the Kinect can’t possibly know every curse word out there, and you can always make up your own.
