Lee Perry Leaves Epic Games To Form BitMonster Games

Lee Perry was previously working at Epic Games as a senior gameplay designer for the smash hit title Gears Of War 3. This morning he issued a press release that confirmed his departure from the studio to form his very own by the name of BitMonster Games.

This will not in any way alienate the veteran from Epic Games. Perry will continue to work with his former studio due to a multi-title licensing deal that allows him to use Epic’s Unreal Engine.

BitMonster has also announced their first game which will be an iOS exclusive. Lili is going to be an adventure RPG and will be built using the ever popular Unreal Engine 3. The game revolves around an island of Geos in which players will take control of Lili and explore “one of the most beautiful environments you’ll see on an iOS device.”

The adventure game features a non-combat system to deal with enemies, a lot of mini games and a streamlined RPG campaign. You can check out a teaser for it below.
