Heavy Rain Dev “Unhappy with Everything” in the Game

While Quantic Dream’s Heavy Rain was well-received both commercially and critically, that doesn’t mean the studio’s boss David Cage thinks the world of their last known creation.

Speaking to Gamasutra, Cage admits that the team was pretty much unhappy about “everything.”

Well, there were different things. With the team, we were pretty much unhappy with everything. We thought we could have done a better job in all areas, and have better rendering, and better visuals, and better gameplay, and better everything.

Hopefully, Cage and Co. will be as “disappointed” with their next game as they were with Heavy Rain. I think a lot of people will be happy with that, no?
