It seems yet another announcement seems to have made its way online before Sony’s presser. This time, MCV is reporting that Sony will unveil an ebook strategy for the PS3 at E3.
It will be called “Storyteller,” and interact with the PS3 (possibly the PS Vita, too) to present interactive documents and books — with a focus on children’s content.
Supposedly, this feature will form another sub-section of Sony’s PlayStation Network Store, which coincides with the rumored revamping of PlayStation Plus.
When contacted, Sony gave its now-standard, “Sony does not comment on rumors or speculations” spiel.
We’ll know for sure once E3 rolls around, no? Let’s hope Sony can keep the lid from spilling further, otherwise, it will just be a presser confirming all the leaked stuff.
