The publisher said the following at an investor’s call last night.
At the foundation is another year of blockbuster brands: Madden NFL, FIFA, Sim City, Medal of Honor, Dead Space, and Need for Speed as well as mobile hits like The Simpsons Tapped Out, and Bejeweled.
Of course, when EA says “another year” in that context, they mean in a new fiscal year — which ends in March 31, 2013. Now, put two and two together and — voila!
Also of note, an EA spokesperson gave a statement that all but confirms that Dead Space 3 will make an appearance at this year’s E3.
There’s no further information today but watch for several big product announcements from EA at E3 in June.
If so, not surprising as most of the big games get to be unveiled there and the publisher itself will have their own press conference at the event. So, I’m guessing we’ll get to see Isaac very, very soon.
