A Mass Effect fan who is enraged by the heavily criticized ending(s) of Mass Effect 3 has taken his complaint to the Federal Trade Commission. The FTC is an agency created to protect the rights of consumers.
According to the fan, BioWare did not deliver in the game what they had promised prior to its release. He has stated that after reading through the list of promises of the ending made by the developer to advertise the campaign, it was clear that “the product we got did not live up to any of those claims.”
Moreover, the fan is also inviting others to join his cause and file complaint against Electronic Arts with the FTC if they share his views.
