Do you have a PlayStation Move controller? If so, you might want to be ready to dust it off as Ken Levine, head of Irrational Games, has confirmed that the game will support Move functionality on day one.
Levine has confirmed that BioShock Infinite will support the Move during last year’s E3 press conference, but now it’s officially official – though we still have no idea how it will work and if it will be better than just using the standard controller.
Talking about Move support is like talking about music…You’ve got to put the thing in somebody’s hand and say, ‘here’s our Move support. How does it feel to you?’
We’re definitely going to be doing that at some point. But it’s hard to talk about because it’s like, ‘hey, does it feel good? Does it feel right? Does it break down barriers of interface for you?’
Hopefully, the guys over at Irrational can make this work and it won’t be something gimmicky that people will use just for kicks, no?
BioShock Infinite will be out this coming October 16 for the PC, Xbox 360 and PS3.
